The magical artifact in question was a bejeweled hot dog, so you can imagine what people's replies were about. Some people came up with some really interesting lore and explained in great detail what this magical hot dog would do, what its history was, etc. Other people poked fun and didn't take the question very seriously, which is fair. After all, it is Reddit.
